Returns wants you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us  to return you order.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

- Shipping costs or if your item(s) qualified for the Free Shipping promotion, understand that outbound postage will not be included in the refund.
- Promotional gifts must be returned with your order. Failure to return promotional gift items will result in their total price to not be included in the refund.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during return shipment. Please use a trackable carrier.
- Original shipping charges non-refundable. 
- We cannot accept returns for products that are chewed or not in re-saleable condition.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee. However we may charge a postage fee for the return label if provided.

Returns will be credited to original payment method used.

- Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
- Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

Please allow 3-5 business days from merchandise receipt for your return to be processed.Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank.


Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock,  we not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the above instructions, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement. We'll get your new order out as soon as possible.
